K & H built my dream home in 2020. Although the house I wanted wasn’t their “normal” type of build…I wanted a “Metal Pole-barn” look but built as a conventional stick built home. I gave Kevin & Jeff drawings of what I wanted & they came through with flying colors, it turned out perfect!!!

Jeff was wonderful to work with, from the first call to the many in-between the whole building process. He kept us in our budget and our time frame. The whole team was friendly and professional. Thank you for building our forever home!

K&H did a great job constructing our new house, and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.  The construction contract detailed the key elements of building the house and the materials to be used.  They also provided us a Homeowner’s Timeline that was very helpful in terms of knowing when we needed to make certain choices, e.g. siding, shingles, plumbing & electrical fixtures, floor coverings, etc.

K&H operates using their own specialized teams of employees that efficiently coordinate their work among themselves as well as with subcontractors for plumbing, electrical and HVAC.  The K&H teams and sub-contractors are very experienced and have worked together for years which contributes greatly to the quality of construction.

The overall quality of their work flows from their craftsmanship and careful selection of high-quality materials.  We are very pleased with the result and our family looks forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

We moved into our K and H home in March of 2023.  There isn’t a day that we don’t appreciate everything about it.  The process was smooth and the end result is fantastic.  Each crew, from foundation to framing to finishing was pleasant and in touch with our vision.  This company builds an amazing home with attention to every detail.  Highly recommend K and H.  We can’t thank them enough.
