K&H did a great job constructing our new house, and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.  The construction contract detailed the key elements of building the house and the materials to be used.  They also provided us a Homeowner’s Timeline that was very helpful in terms of knowing when we needed to make certain choices, e.g. siding, shingles, plumbing & electrical fixtures, floor coverings, etc.

K&H operates using their own specialized teams of employees that efficiently coordinate their work among themselves as well as with subcontractors for plumbing, electrical and HVAC.  The K&H teams and sub-contractors are very experienced and have worked together for years which contributes greatly to the quality of construction.

The overall quality of their work flows from their craftsmanship and careful selection of high-quality materials.  We are very pleased with the result and our family looks forward to enjoying it for many years to come.
